Signature Reiki, Sound Healing Session, & Spirit Messages Session
Unlike a traditional Reiki Session, this session combines Reiki Master Teacher healing symbols, hands on Reiki, guided meditation, crystal healing, customized sound healing, oracle card reading, and intuitive messages.
We begin with a small supportive conversation to explore how you are currently feeling, set intentions for healing, and set the tone for the rest of the session. You will lie on your back and journey through a powerful guided meditation that will deeply relax your body and ground your energy into a meditative state.
Tools such as sage, palo santo, essential oils and crystals will be used to further enhance the experience.
Following the meditation, you will receive hands-on Reiki healing and scanning, which will be followed by a customized sound healing bath to help you release stubborn blocks. Combining the power of Reiki and Sound healing allows aligning, balancing and cleansing your chakras and auric layers, and releasing deep traumas. Throughout the healing, sacred healing symbols will be used for additional support.
Once the energy healing concludes, you will be gently guided back from your meditative state. We will then discuss the healing that was completed, intuitive messages that came through, oracle card that was pulled for you, and possible next steps.
Note: This is a closed eye session. When you arrive at this session, it is suggested that you have 1-2 intentions for healing. These intentions could be your emotional, physical, mental, or spiritual blocks or pain points that you would like to heal. Remember, I am merely channeling the universe is energy to help heal you and assist you in your life’s path, but the actual healing is being done by yourself. You’re going to continue healing as long as you’re willing to accept.

Signature Sound Healing Bath (Individual and Couples Session)
Sound Healing Gong bath sessions will take place either individually or in a group and will generally last for 60 minutes.
We will begin with you stepping into a 22-inch mother bowl to recalibrate your chakras and have a short supportive conversation to set the tone for the rest of the session. You will lie on your back comfortably with blankets and pillows and will journey through a powerful guided meditation that will deeply relax your body and ground your energy into a meditative state.
I will place instruments on your body (optional) and then use a combination of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Rain Stick, Ocean Drum, Tingsha Bells, and multiple Gong all customized to your needs. Sound Healing Gong baths are a type of inactive meditation, where you “bathe” in the healing vibrations of sound and are designed to offer relaxation, emotional release, & spiritual healing. Sound Healing baths will allow your brain to relax into an alpha-dominant or theta-dominant brainwave state, which will allow you to process thoughts and emotions leaving you feeling calmer, happier, and less anxious after a session.
Signature Chakra Balance Session (In-person or Virtual)
Unlike a traditional Chakra Balance Session, this session combines hands on Reiki, guided meditation, crystal healing, and a short sound healing.
We begin with a small supportive conversation to set the tone for the rest of the session.
You will lie on your back and journey through a powerful guided meditation that will deeply relax your body and ground your energy into a meditative state.

1:1 Guided Meditation (In-person or Virtual)
Guided Meditation will be 60 minutes in-person or via Zoom.
Meditation is a personal journey! Depending on your comfort level and particular need at that time, I will customize the meditation to address your individual need. A typical meditation session will include guidance, deep breathing, and awareness of the body and soul.
Some meditations may feature guidance with just a few silent pauses, while others will feature gentle rain or ocean waves in the background. If I feel guided to it, I will guide you through the seven chakras, or energy centers in your body.
We will end the meditation with only relaxing music, and you will have the option of drifting off to sleep, continuing in this deeply relaxed state, or resuming your day.
