Guided Meditation will be 60 minutes in-person or via Zoom. Meditation is a personal journey! Depending on your comfort level and particular need at that time, I will customize the meditation to address your individual need. A typical meditation session will include guidance, deep breathing, and awareness of the body and soul. Some meditations may feature guidance with just a few silent pauses, while others will feature gentle rain or ocean waves in the background. If I feel guided to it, I will guide you through the seven chakras, or energy centers in your body. We will end the meditation with only relaxing music, and you will have the option of drifting off to sleep, continuing in this deeply relaxed state, or resuming your day.
